There has been a lot of discussion of brass programs on the forum. I have found a combination of sample and synth gives results that can be used in a number of contexts such as R&B, Funk, and Soul. This patch also works well for leads using pitch bend and vibrato. Standard Brass Section Pop1 Sample is used along with a custom synth program.

How to get the MP3-Player:
