I think I saw a Roland D50 in the video... 
From listening shortly I’d recommend ...
Detune Saw +12 + Chorus 1 or 2 cranked up full and speed 20-25
Cutoff around 0 to 1/4 with mod env 10 (full) and decay 4-5 seconds
LP12 filter
I’m not sure if that works for the whole song, but it might for some parts including the beginning
