Electro 6 layer splits

Hi,
Thinking about buying an Electro 6. I really need a keyboard that I can play a bass (synth or sampled upright) in left hand and a piano in right hand but also with option of fading in strings, for example, at the same time with a foot expression controller. Can the electro 6 do this? I know it has 3 part multitimbrality, (is that a word?) but can 2 or 3 parts all be from the synth engine, for example? or for that matter, all from the organ.....? and can split zones be layered individually?

Short answer is no.

Three parts, but parts are piano, organ, sample synth. Only one of each, not multiples of each.

Stage 3 is two panels each with piano, organ, synth engine (can layer two of each at same time using both panels)

And get informed by yourself looking into a Stage manual what morphing sounds means. And then you have to see if you want all that or it's way more than you need.
