Thanks all. This is great info aND a testament to how great this forum is. To clear up a few things re set up aND the signal chain... the stage ch3 goes to a tube mp preamp then to a hall of fame reverb then to the vent. The stereo out of the vent needs to get to foh and to a space station v3. The Stage gives all other non organ sounds to ch1 and ch2 which want to go directly to the spacestation. This is weird caveat but sometimes when I bring the leslie out, I have ch4 take another organ signal to a tube mp and then to the leslie. The leslie pedal has a footswitch that changes both the vent aND leslie at the same time... no mics to set up, I get the leslie sound on stage, foh and the crowd gets the vent... I guess in that circumstance this wouldn't really work that we'll but that doesn't happen to often anymore...
So I think that if I go ch1 and 2 into the 1/4" inputs, the vents stereo l/r into the other 1/4 thru jacks and take the l/r from the rca I can get what I need on stage and with foh staying happy. I'll report back when I get this set up. I made a new stage rig for summer that I'm pretty happy with that Ill take some photos of... custom kb stand, pedalboard, bench...

Re: Radial JDI Duplex
I was sent a v5 instead of a V4 duplex and it doesn't work like I wanted it to. The through jacks put a much softer and muffled version through to the rca through when the box Is set to merge. If anyone has figured this out let me know! I'm even thinking of using a mic splitter out of the xlr and then a xlr to 1/4" into the amp's left /right inputs.

Re: Radial JDI Duplex
I would start by emailing the company about your problem. I'm sure they'll be able to sort things out for you. A new version shouldn't cause any audio problems like you've described; the description of how the product works is still the same on their website. Maybe a faulty unit?
