Jazz Scat
Is there a jazz scat patch available for the Nord Stage 2? If not, could I have some help making one? I would love to play the Roland jazz scat sound on my Nord Stage 2. Any help is appreciated!

Re: Jazz Scat
Have a look in the samples section, there is a doooh sample, but it woudl be great to have some more.
Re: Jazz Scat
Thanks! If I were to make my own, is the Nord capable of having the voices change depending on how hard the key is pressed? I believe the Roland patch has an "ooh" for light presses, "dooh" and "dah" in the middle, and "dow" when you press really hard. If so, how would I go about doing this?

Re: Jazz Scat
There is no velocity layers, you can split the keyboard between ooh dooh dah and dow.

Yes yes yes yes!Octopus wrote:Do you want me to sample the jazz scat from Roland fantom x?

One detail of the dooh sample posted here some time ago is that is not looped. If you could post the wavs as well, we could probably loop them somewhere.

Re: Jazz Scat
I want to revive this thread. The Jazz Scat from Roland is legendary. Has there been no velocity mapping to samples in the 2 years this thread has been in the background?
