Hi, hey I have an idea.... tell me where the gig is and after I load the sounds in for your keyboard player,
I might as well play the gig for him.....seriously, that's some pretty basic sounds, he should be able to find them stock in the NS2 or this forum

We would welcome you :-) and Jim (Our Keyboardist) would buy you drink, Oh I know some of them are stock sounds but in a live setting (weddings, bars, outside events) I feel a experienced Nord user would have "preferred" sounds for gigs. So Rbj555, if you were playing a wedding with us what patches on the Nord would you use for those songs? I am probably overthinking it, but if I see band and the a keyboard sound is kinda almost the sound it comes across very amateur to me. We want to play the songs as close to the original version for our clients. Being "authentic" and playing songs note for note is very challenging and the wrong patch/sample can undermine the hard work. Thanks

Hi,
If you take one's patch you'll soon feel the need to tweak it, because they are many ways (of playing) and situations (bands, venues) to get the result (sound close to the original).
Cheers,
Frantz.

Thanks Frantz, I notice the volume levels always have to be tweaked on the files. I have to get the patches before I can worry about the live mix :-)
Do you have any patch advice for these songs?
