I got this same issue today while opening my NP5 to fix a key that fell out. After assembling it all and turning on the message showed. The keyboard works fine, just every time I turn it on this message appears.
Tried reseating all the cables and making a factory reset, but it stayed the same. Any advice, maybe contact spray or something?
That error refers to the keybed calibration memory (see also this thread for some pictures viewtopic.php?t=26988), which has a separate small flat cable to the mainboard, maybe you didn't reconnect it properly after reassembling (or broke it)?
