As maxpiano wrote: Nope. Neither you can get another triple pedal compatible to the Nord pianos nor easily adapt one by rewiring. Unique in the world. For DIY projects search for triple pedal or pedal noise on the forum. The point is: Instead of a continuous resistance range the Nord needs a specific 4-stages/-steps resistance range.

No, the only compatible triple pedal is the Nord one.SteveNordP3 wrote: Is there a specific VFP3 that’s fully compatible with Nord as Nord’s version has a different board?
Also, while Fatar or Roland or others might have compatible single “sustain” pedals, am I correct in understanding that NONE of them engage string resonance? I would LOVE to have a single pedal for that purpose.
Regarding single pedals, ALL of them will engage string resonance, NONE of them (not even the original Nord one) will correctly engage pedal noise (which is only usable with the triple pedal)

Yes - I said something different than what I was thinking. What I meant was a single pedal that would engage pedal noise….and you’ve confirmed that option doesn’t exist. I’d pay Nord for one

For this pedal noise only nord triple pedal works.. nothing else… also the triple pedal has 2 steps trigger of sustain compared to all other single sustain pedals that they engage 100% sustain and works as an on/off trigger.. the triple pedal has 1 more step at half pedal pressed which is around 40% or 50% of sustain when pressed at the half way and 100% sustain when pressed fullSteveNordP3 wrote:Yes - I said something different than what I was thinking. Does anyone know why Nord doesn’t sell a single sustain pedal that works properly with its gear? Love the triple for home, would love a single for travel…
