Nord Sample Editor don't work OS Catalina!

Okay, so they had good reason not to ship the NSE 3 — they waited until it was time to release the Nord Wave 2.

Now it’s official: No support for Stage 2 / EX...
Sample version 3.0 only.

But on the other hand we can’t blame them for at some point declaring an instrument from 2011 to obsolete status regarding software etc.

The Wave 2 looks very cool, but still missing poly glide and I believe its still just mono aftertouch.

Not sure why poly glide is continually left off of Nords function list as its not available on any of the their products (past or present). I know it seems like such a small feature but its such an amazing effect to have notes converge or diverge from each other.

Would be really nice to see Nord expand their thinking a little bit particularly given the large number of newly released keyboards from Korg (Wavestate, Arp2600 with poly aftertouch), Yamaha, Behringer (re-issues - Minimoog, Odyssey), Roland (Jupiter x), Waldorf (Kyra - 1280 Oscillators, 128 note polyphony), and the one I currently have on my buy list the ASM Hydrasynth at $1200 (8 voice analog/digital with both Poly Glide, Poly Aftertouch, and a very cool touch ribbon)

Obviously the Wave 2 and the ASM are different classes of synth, but ASM did some really cool new things right out of the box and at a phenomenal price point.

Definitely glad to see the update to the sample editor though. Much cleaner interface.

As Stage 2 owner I'm shaking my head a bit. New NSE on 64 bits is released, but only for Stage 3 ... Puzzled Nord user here. I upgraded to Catalina because the sound manager was ready for 64 bit and (just) assumed that the sample editor would get the same conversion.

Terrible user experience on Nord and Clavia's part. Nord Stage 3 was an investment. I expected Nord to stand by their product and support those of us who plunked down money to buy their equipment.
