Oh, that sounds like an interesting feature. I shouldn‘t have answered without knowing the NS3 details.

Bit of an old thread but you can look into Midihub by Blokas. You have 4 ins and outs and you can wire it up via drag and drop software however you want, with the ability to filter, split, add MIDI CC LFO's and a lot more.
