I just received from my distributor on Canada this response to my query.. Clavia is still working on the polyphony/voice stealing issue on the synth of the NS3.
No date yet for this fix. The issue seems only to be triggered when two synths are layered and release settings is long (did not say how long). So Ill install 2.50 on order to try the new editor.
