Hi guys!I just got my nord e HP and I love it. However I can't get MIDI to work at all and wondering whats wrong. I am using a PC and my DAW is reaper. I use AKAI professional EKE as a external soundcard. I run a midi out cable from the piano to midi in on the Akai. When I open up reaper and go to kontakt 5 Giant piano, I dont hear anything, other than my keyboard sounds because its plugged in analogue. I tried a uno midi cable going midi out to usb into laptop and still it won't recognize. I also changed Kontakt settings to Akai sound card, still didn't work. It somehow just isn't getting signal, what am I doing wrong?

Ahhhh so I changed my DAW to crappy old Mixcraft and it seems to work now. So the problem is either Kontakt 5 or Reaper....anybody know?

Nevermind! It was Reaper as the problem. The soundcard device was turned off under midi option. Wooo hoo!!! Wow I am even more impressed with this awesome HP piano. The Giant sounds way wayyyyy better than my last keyboard!!!!
