Hey! I love my new Electro 6 but I have another complaint.
Since we can now layering sounds, I miss the possibility to have the same effect on all layers at the same time.
E.g. if I layering an Electric Piano with an Organ and if I want to add some Twin overdrive effect, this only allows me to assign to 1 source, the Electric Piano OR Organ.

Am I forgetting something? Or this is a truly sad limitation on the Electro? The Stage is different?

Same on the Stage. Each effect can only be assigned to one engine. The difference in the Stage series is that you have two of everything — once for each panel A & B.
