The NE4 design will make your quest a difficult one. It is possible, but not without lots of work. NS2 much better for this.
And, btw, it is very bad form to double post the same thing.

I had a look through some of the samples, and I found this:
P5 Lead Unison

Although the audio demo doesn't sound similar, if you play the actual Muse riff and add some delay from the Effects section, I think it might sound ok.
Note that you must have the latest version of the NE4 OS installed to use the Sample Library 2.0 sounds.

This sound would require synth glide, you will have to make an attempt without it on the NE.
