Sending Master Clock Out question

Does any one know the steps I need to follow to send the master clock signal out from my NS2 to a H9 eventide pedal (via midi)? the idea is to sync the BMP´s of the external pedal in a way that are controlled by the Nord´s Master Clock. Your help is highly appreciated!

NS2 is not capable of transmitting clock.
