Electro 2 Touch Sensitivity Vanished

Hi everyone,
To help pay for my Electro 3, I've recently sold my electro 2 on Ebay. Unfortunately, the buyer has reported upon receiving the keyboard that the touch sensitivity has gone out on middle C...(Always plays loud). Anyone have any suggestions on how, if even possible, to fix this problem. I've googled up and down for similar incidents but so far am out of luck. I'll gladly welcome any advice and thank you all for your time.

Only on one note? Probably a problem of one of the two key contacts. Probably the lower one.
Here is a thread talking about this problem, should be feasible to do if you or your buyer are ready for a small DIY.

In a similar request, I wrote to the Nord USA distributor and Pablo mentioned to me this link which describes in great detail of how to deal with problems with Nord keybeds, in particular contacts, really a great resource:
