How to trigger Dumping of Program parameters via CC/Sysex

Hello there,

I'm looking for a possibility to tell the Nord Lead 4 to send me all parameter values via Midi CC.
Manually, thats possible in the MIDI menu / 6 - Send CC (page 43 in the manual).
Exactly that I need to trigger with a midi cc or if necessary with a sysex message.

How to achieve that?
