String Resonance! - New Electric Grand

Post by SingerNick »

Nord is KILLING IT with these new samples! This new Electric Grand should be titled "Bright Electric Grand". You get way more hammer noise, string buzz, and even some damper sound as you release each note. Especially with the addition of string resonance, this new sample reflects the acoustic nature of the instrument. The original two electric grands could definitely fit the "CP80" niche when you needed it, but they never quite captured the complexity of the hybrid sounds. Now they've totally nailed it. Thanks Nord!

I agree with you, it's a very inspiring sound, completly different to the old one. It's stereo and not so heavy compared to the XL piano...
