replacement switches for Nord Lead?

Post by codemode »

My NL2 has a couple push switches that need to be pressed several times to work. I have verified that it's the switches and not a software issue. Does anyone know what the part number is? or where to purchase replacement parts? I contacted the distributor/repair place in the US (american music and sound) and they have no idea.. they don't even fix them anymore because they don't have pcb assemblies.

Hi Codemode,

I have no clue who it might have been that gave you radically bad bit of info, but I handle tech support for Nord in the USA on behalf of AM&S and in Canada on behalf of Jam Industries, and I can assure that button switches ARE available. Nord continues to use the same gold-plated top quality switches in todays models as they did when the original NL rolled out of Stockholm.

The guy you wanna talk to is named Pablo Mastodon. Oh wait, that's me....please contact me via my regular work email or phone:

Bless,

Hi Pablo,

I'll send you an email shortly.
Also, I apologize because I misspoke. It wasn't amerian music and sound that gave me the cold shoulder, it was one of the service & repair shops.
