Trouble using mainstage on Lead 2x

I've been running mainstage through my Nord Lead 2x in my band for a while and have encountered a few problems but have usually been to overcome them. For example I've found that keyboard sounds running out of Mainstage through the nord won't work unless the Nord is set to the first patch setting (i.e. I can't use the 4th preset patch if I wanted to use some keyboard sounds of mainstage). I run the MIDI through an Eleven Rack Guitar interface, which runs off MIDI from my nord to the rack unit, which is then plugged into the PA (I also use the rack for guitar which runs through USB off my Mac). I've never had any problems with mainstage being able to detect the Eleven Rack, up untill last week it was running smoothly. However last week it was able to detect the MIDI signal, but would only play sounds running from mainstage on a note above middle C, anything lower then that would not work and transfer any MIDI signal. Does anyone know what might be causing this/how to fix it? Or is the Lead 2x not optimal for running programs like mainstage?

Did you accidentally split the keyboard on the Nord? Is the LED next to KBD SPLIT (on the left) lit? If so, press it to turn the split off.

I can't really think of a reason other than the keyboard split why your NL2X would exhibit the behavior you describe. Maybe someone else has an idea of what might cause this.
