can I still not change the pitch stick range -2/+2?
i need at least till -6/+6 on my Nord Stage 2 with newest firmware (1.70)
any help?! :/

Unfortunately I do not see that happening. 
An alternative we discussed here some time ago: you could get a pitch shifter effect pedal. The Behringer US600 seems to be the cheapest around and instead of the pitch stick you can use a expression pedal (or a ribbon controller).
