Hi there..
I really have to admit that im not so familiar with the synth storing section and i think Clavia didnt do it to clear?!
- i can save an organ or piano sound for example as a programme, done that, works!
- i can upload samples on my NS2 and know how to listen to them and also how to save them within a programme
- i can start a INIT SOUND synth and start playing around, but how do I save this particular SYNTH? wehn i press SHIFT-STORE SYNTH...how do I confirm that its gonna save?! When i press SHIFT-STORE again, it jumps to some other number...really confuses me!
-> problem is, there is too many lists in the Sound Manager....Programms / Samples / Synth... -> shouldnt be there just a pool of samples and then the rest is just ONE list of setups, we can work on?!
thanks for a general update and how it works:)

I press "shift store synth", select a target synth programm number with the "load sound" knob, and press "shift store synth" again : it's saved.
That "store synth" function can help you "load" a synth in any other global programm, without having to program that synth section again.

Also many sounds by fabric are the same...deleting them then
...also...what I dont understand: many sounds in the presets are the same, have the same name!
so i have to manually delete them to make space for my own sounds.
is that normal? they shd have done all variety in the list/sounds?
how do you manage your lists...-> 4 bands means 4 sections A/B/C/D for example?
cheers,maz:)

The manual explains that banks A and D are repeated, so you can overwrite the banks A or D without losing original sounds.
