Sound drops out with patch change NS3

All of a sudden I'm getting complete drop out of the sound when switching patches. Tried in song and regular. Holding sustain and getting complete loss of sound with change of patch.
Right now doing factory reset after backing up my sounds. Praying!

Factory restore brought back seamless program changes
BUT when I restored my patches/programs/songs (restored my backup) program changes no longer holding sustain.
HELP!!!
