Sync Arp of 2 Layers without Master Clock (Nord Stage 4)

I have a Nord Stage 4.

I understand that in the Synth section I can sync the arpeggiator of 2 layers by syncing those layers to the master clock.

And I understand that if press Shift+Menu/Group in the Arp box, I can sync the arpeggiator settings to the whole section, all 3 layers.

But can I sync ONLY 2 layers WITHOUT syncing to the master clock?

I have layers A and B set to the same tempo, pattern, etc. But they don't start their pattern at the same time.

I'm trying to see if I can sync those 2 layers by only using the Arp settings without syncing them to the master clock, because I'm using the master clock to sync with other things, which don't match the tempo I want for the arpeggiation.

I'm very new to this, searched online and in the forum, can't find the answer. Sorry if I missed the answer. And thank you!
