Hi all,
I’ve got a Nord Stage 4(front black metal strip along the keybed) with a small dent that’s pressing into the edges of a couple of white keys, so one key sometimes doesn’t return fully. Function is otherwise fine.
Questions for anyone who’s dealt with this:
1. Were you (or a local tech) able to re-align/bend the front rail and fix the key clearance without replacing parts?
2. Or did you have to send it to Nord and replace the entire bottom/front chassis panel?

Re: Cosmetic dent on chassis facing keys on Nord Stage 4
I had a heavy NS2 fall off my keyboard stand and land on a hard edge, creating a significant dent in the front center and ejecting several keys in the process. That was a moment I won't forget ...
I took it to a tech who said "no problem". He gently hammered the dent out then replaced the missing keys. Played perfectly after that. I eventually sold it to someone who used it for a while, who then resold it to yet another person. So I suspect it still plays fine!
So, yeah, it's something a decent tech (or anyone with skills) could do for you.
