The manual has some information.
Each sound of the Nord Drum (ND) is comprised of three components:
  • Tone
  • Noise
  • Click
Tone Wave can have the following range of settings:
An 1-3 (Analog synth-like waves)
b 1-9 (more traditional drum-like waves)
c 1-5 (percussive waves)

Noise Color can have the following range of settings:
-10 to +10 (Pink noise to White noise)

Click Type
n1 - n9 (noise waveforms with different characters)
c1 - c9 (noise body with added attack)
t1 - t9 (pitched sound)

Hopefully one of the ND owners can fill in with some additional information here.
Cheers, Hanon
