This is driving me mad and I'm considering returning my keyboard & getting a refund.
I just bought a used Nord Electro 4 SW 73 and am trying to connect it to my Win 11 laptop so I can restore factory settings & manage sounds. I've uninstalled, downloaded & installed USB driver v4.08 + Sound Manager from the Nord site & connected my NE4 several times now. Every time I get this error -
" A driver cannot load on this device driver: ClaviaUSB64.sys
A security setting is preventing this driver from loading. You'll need to
adjust your settings to load this driver"
The only way I can get the driver to install so that Sound Manager talks to the NE4 is if I turn off the Windows Memory Integrity security feature -
Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Windows security -> Device security -> Core isolation -> Core isolation details -> Memory integrity -> Off
Doing this allowed me to perform a backup of the NE4 to my laptop. But, according to MicroSoft, Memory Integrity 'prevents attacks from inserting malicious code into high security processes' so surely this isn't a viable on-going solution?
It seems I'm faced with a choice between compromising the security of my laptop or being unable to manage my NE4 sounds. Neither are acceptable.
I read this thread on problems with USB driver v4.02 which seemed similarly unresolved (unless OK with turning off Memory integrity). viewtopic.php?t=25335
Any advice on where to from here?

Oh, you remind me of an open issue. I disabled core isolation quite a time ago and didn't even remember.
But indeed: Updating doesn't help. Running USB Driver 4.08 Setup still installs a driver dating from 2015 (3.0.2.0, name: oem211.inf) - according to Windows. So even having deleted the old driver before installing the new one ("advanced options") didn't help me. The only thing that changed is that it's only one driver ClaviaUSB64.sys that's incompatible - before, there were two with that name on my system.
Really annoying.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, super frustrating & rather disappointing. I've logged a support ticket with Nord & will update this thread with their reply.
Meanwhile, I guess I'll turn off memory integrity, at least as a temporary measure while I'm needing to use Sound Manager.
