Nord Stage 3 - Key Gets Stuck

Hello!

I'm seeking some advice on fixing a key that keeps getting stuck if I play it with a lot of velocity. I attached a video to explain it clearly, but basically when I hit the key hard it doesn't return to it's correct position and gets stuck and then I have to pop it back into place. I've tried replacing the key as well as the spring underneath, which I noticed was missing when I took the board apart.
