Key won’t depress

Hi Everyone

We purchased a Nord Grand about 18 months ago. We use it in a local church. It’s set up every week but is really well looked after. It spends its time in a bespoke flight case if not in use. The pianist noticed today that the lowest D note will not depress at all. I’m not sure what to do about it. Is this a common problem and are there any easy fixes you can recommend?
