Problem Firmware 2.02 and 2.04

Post by jotajota »

Sorry for my English. I first installed the factory restore which was version 2.02 and when I turn off the keyboard and turn it back on there are some lights that always stay on, three in the effects panel and two small red bars on the monochrome screens. I thought it was a firmware error and I have updated to 2.04, the problem persists. I can't find a lower version of factory restore or the firmware. Could you help me? I think the problem is due to the update because the keyboard has always worked correctly. Could someone make me a backup with an older version of factory restore, or do I have a 1.x firmware? I have already written to Nord support but they don't answer me and I urgently need to fix it because I have it for sale. Thank you very much.

I have solved it. I have opened the instrument, cleaned the connectors by disconnecting the cables that connect the electronics to the keyboard and it has been solved. I am writing it down in case it can be useful to someone.
