Help with strange Nord Rack (early first edition) !!!

Hi,
First time poster here.

Just got a good old first edition Nord Rack synth (2.3Ra) that has a very odd issue. Ive had these before, they are my fav.
This new one doesn't have the 12 voice upgrade and all 4 voices do this weird glitch. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Please help!

When I hit a single key, only the right side outputs sound. When I hit a key again both left and right output. So if I keep hitting any key it outputs like this: "right, stereo, right, stereo, right, stereo, etc..."
I have no clue why. Is this a setting somewhere?? Has anyone else heard of this? Or did I buy a busted one? What a strange glitch.

Bonus question:
How on earth do you factory reset this thing?? Not a shred of info online anywhere.

Thanks! I do find that very helpful but it doesnt have any info on a factory reset. Do you know how to factory reset the Nord Rack? Thx

I see in the manual last pages that you can reset the Factory Programs but nothing else, for the other settings like Out Mode you better check them manually one by one.
