Problems loading samples into stage 4

ugh, this is such a pain. I had a rough time adding samples to my electro 6 and piano 5, but thanks to members here was able to get it working. Now, it feels like the boss level... Stage 4. Can't convert or add any user samples into this thing. It will load it, then say sample broken. Please help

Problem solved, downloaded latest version of sound manager. It converts nsmp3 files right into it. Case closed.
