Nord Stage 4 MOD2 question

Hi,

I have two issues with the MOD 2 effects on my NS4 and I'm wondering if they are reproducable.

1) When I select phase, flange, chor, vibe or ens, the sound changes, even when the amount is set at 0. With the amount set to 0 I clearly hear a difference when I turn the effect on or off with the effect button.
This happens with the synth, piano and organ engines.
With the spin effect, everything works as expected when the amount is set to zero and I hear no different when I turn the effect on or off.

2) When ens is selected and I turn the amount gently up, I can clearly hear the effect 'jump' in instead of introducing it gradually.

Can anyone confirm that this occurs on their NS 4 too?

I also have the NS4 compact. Selecting phase, flange, vib and ens I hear the effect but with chor and spin there is no change in sound. When selecting spin and slowly introducing the amount, it doesn't "jump" in.

I also play guitar and have (too many!) effect pedals, I find a similar effect when using phase and flange pedals with the guitar.
