Hello:

We've recently started experiencing this twinkle sound (see link/attachment below), primarily on the right piano channel (out 2) of our Nord Stage EX. (on the left it is faint and has a lot of reverb). Has anyone heard this before? It feels like our musicians know some hidden Nord cheat code!

Hello, that's quite strange, I suggest first of all to refresh both the OS (latest version) and the Piano sample involved and see if it works. If not, some HW fix may be needed.
