NE6d error with Sound Manager

Ok, i'm sorry to post a new thread but I can't seem to find a previous thread on my case.

Got the NE6d yesterday, so tired so went to sleep first. Woke up, tested some programs, playing with pianos. All good. Now it's time to import that "white grand" and some sounds from the Nord website.

Hook up NE6d with my Macbook 2011. OS is High Sierra 10.13.6, Sound manager is latest version 7.74. NE6d seem updated to latest version. 2.64.

Now everytime I connect the USB cable to my NE6d, other end connected to laptop, the error message "Unable to synchronize Piano partition. Please re-connect USB cable." appears. I'm using a USB hub, so I switch and skipped the hub, connect the NE6d direct to laptop. Still the same issue and error. Help?

Would like to start importing sound libraries. And I can't start because of this error.

UPDATE:

Tried a different USB cable. A different error message appeared. This time its the "SAMP LIB" that is unable to synchronize. the Piano tab has now voices. But the Sample library and Programs are empty.

Looks like you have "not so good" USB cables, maybe... try to get a brand new one or, before that, try also to use a different USB port of your PC, just in case.

This just in..

I closed the Sound manager. Then re-launched it. And boom! Worked like a charm. It seems, my system wants opening the Sound manager as the last step.

Now, let's get that "white grand" loaded up!
