Piano to LO & Organ to HI independently?

I'd like to independently assign the Piano (only) section to LO and the Organ (only) section to HIGH - similar to the Dual Organ but with Piano on LO. I know how to 'clone' both keyboards already, but I'm wanting to exclusively assign them to LO and HI. Is this possible and if so, how do you do it?

(using an NE6D on top and an Alesis Q88 on bottom)
