Sounds like a pipe organ.
On the NE6, I'd start with something like Pipe2, drawbars at 8080 00 000, SPKR/COMP set to ROTARY with Drive at 0, and Leslie set full wide (I don't recall all the menu Leslie settings but IIRC there's something like that.)
Someone with better ears could get closer, but that's way close enough for a cover band. For live use, I'd probably use PIPE1 8086 03 000, which has fewer overtones so takes less sonic space, cleaner, leaving more room for the vocals to stand out.
