How to remove the 4 bottom feet
Hello - I JUST got an NS4 and I need to remove the 4 rubber feet, being I need the keyboard to sit as low as possible in my road case to avoid the drawbars being damaged by baggage on top of it pressing down (this happened to my NS3). It looks like they're riveted in - but it's hard for me to tell for sure. Is this the case?? I want to avoid ripping them off with pliers if at all possible.
Thanks ahead of time for your response!

Re: How to remove the 4 bottom feet
Hello Reinski, I also believe they are riveted in. I found no way to unscrew them with my NS3 (I built a custom lower manual for it). I would strongly advice against ripping them off - I believe it makes much more sense to change your road case (some 150 dollars considering the 4500 dollars spent for the NS4) than mutilating a brand-new 4500$-worth instrument just for this purpose (and with that completely destroying your eventual resale value). Just my personal opinion.

Re: How to remove the 4 bottom feet
I removed the 4 rubber feet from my Nord stage 4 because they interfered with how the keyboard set in my stand. They are riveted in and I had to drill them out. I used a portable vacuum while drilling to avoid any particles. I used extreme caution to drill just enough until I could work them out. I noticed there many threaded taps on the bottom of the keyboard. Should I want to re-install the feet, I will install them with threaded screws in these extra tapped holes.

is your stand worth more than the 5000$ of a brand new Stage4 which has now lost most of its value?
I would never ever consider buying an expensive instrument that has been DRILLED.
Wasn't it better to just buy a new stand for a few hundred bucks, which is surely much less than the value that your NS4 just lost?

Re: How to remove the 4 bottom feet
First like others said you drill out rivets on a $6000 keyboard that's insane. Why didn't you just drill holes in the stand for the Stage 4 feet to drop into and to get the same result.
