Are those sounds from sample library 4 already on board in the new instrument as a "factory preset".

You must be talking about a Nord Piano 5, right? Together with the new Nord Stage 4, it's the only one that uses the Sample Library 4.
Samples aren't presets, they are only the base for a program aka preset. Part of them are loaded to the instruments memory, but all together won't fit.
You can easily see the size of a sample in the online library.
