Hope you are having a wonderful Christmas time. I was fiddling with my NE5D and some iPad apps. I hate using a screen to adjust parameters when making music. So I came up with a solution to make things a little bit better for me. I never use the EQ knobs on my NE5D. So, that’s 4 knobs with possibilities. The MIDI cc number is fixed. But I have a few apps where I can learn MIDI cc for the parameters. Moog Model D and Korg iMono/Poly for example. So now I can adjust the filter and fx with physical buttons. I like it a lot. Maybe this little trick is helpful for anyone out here.
