Stage 2 and stage 2 EX

I want to do a factory restore on my stage 2 HA 88, is there any difference between the Stage 2 and Stage 2 EX ?

Only the Piano samples memory size (doubled on EX), so a NS2 EX backup may not fit into a NS2, while the viceversa will always work.

Thanks, that's really helpful, I presume a Stage 2 EX would labelled as such therefore my keyboard will just be the NS2

The 2 EX also has some orange color on the front panel so you can tell visually.
