Stage 3 only outputs mono

My NS3 is only outputting in mono, no matter what I try.

• The mono button is off.
• When I connect to a DAW using an interface, the left and right channels are equally strong.
• I've tried using both 1+2 and 3+4.
• I've turned it on and off again!
• I've even done a factory reset.

Does anyone know what might be going on? Any help greatly appreciated!

Does this happen for all three engines Piano, Organ and Synth? Especially the Royal Grand Piano should give you a notable stereo experience I think

Yep, all three engines, both panels, any program.

I should add that stereo does work through the headphone output.

s*** happens all the time. In ancient times we did not write about that over the internet, so it was a bit less embarassing. Sometimes modern technology leads to modern problems.

I've done WAY dumber than that. Like, "forgetting mute switch during major ballet at the philharmonic" dumb.

Yes sometimes much dumber things happen - I remember a gig where in the break after the first set our guitarist suddenly had a problem, nothing came out of his amp anymore. He checked the whole amp, the effects board, the guitar - nothing. We finally had to abort the gig, the day after he checked everything again and found that he touched the main volume control of the effect board with his foot and set it to zero when he wanted to leave the stage
