Nord Piano 4 & Nord Piano Monitor V2 Screws don't fit?

Hello together

I ordered the nord piano monitors V2 for my nord piano 4 and now I wanted to mount them. But the star screws do not fit in the holes on the left and right. the supplied screws are too big for the holes. How can this be and does anyone know this problem? The two products should fit together.

Are alle the 6 screws identical and if not are you sure that's not the one for the monitors?

4 longer black ones und 2 silver shorter ones. But both same diameter and do not work on the back of the piano.

After a little research I felt that the brackets are contrary to the instructions only for the new piano 5 or they have send me the wrong star screws. does anyone know the screw size of the piano 4 back? then I will probably visit the local hardware store.

I would contact the distributor in your country, they might tell you exactly the size. Who knows they might send you the right screws if those were sent in error.

+1 and/or use the screws you removed if you want to try and find them yourself at some local hardware store (but only as a second option, contact Nord distributor and or point of purchase first)

I'll have to take a look at mine when I get home today. I remember I had an issue with mine at first, but it was only because I had mixed something up at first (like the wrong screw holes on the back of the piano, or I had accidentally mixed the star screws up with each other or the ones from the Nord Stand EX... can't remember what it was exactly).

EDIT:
I took a look and those do like the correct holes when compared to my NP4. The longer black star screws attach the bracket to the back of piano, while the shorter silver star screw attached the speaker to the bracket. Both screws seem to be roughly 5mm wide.

Did you find a solution ? Buying the proper screws would do but I don't know what is the good size to fit in my nord piano 4...

Whatever this problem is: Why not contact the distributor and politely ask for assistance in one or another way. This can't be it. The website still says:

"The Nord Piano Monitor speakers can be used with any Nord instrument but are directly mountable on:
Nord Grand
Nord Piano 4/5
..."

Either you need assistance for mounting or other screws. Pro parts should fit.
