What does the inscription on the back of instrument panel - the V.1.0 vs V2.0 mean?

If you're talking about the Stage 3, there were certain things changed on the front panel a few years into production: The dyno filters were added to the electric pianos in a software update, so these are now printed on the front panel, and if I remember correctly, one of the arpeggio buttons was moved to a different place. Not sure what else.

The functionality of the machines is exactly the same; it's just the panel that is very slightly different.

To add to analogika’s answer, manufacturers oftentimes make minor, negligible hardware modifications, which do not affect the user but have an impact on the production chain (usually because a certain component isn’t available anymore or there’s a cheaper/better alternative): Clavia, like many others, keeps track of those changes, especially for warranty purposes I guess (sometimes knowing beforehand the hardware revision of a product might prove vital).
