Electro 5 Trouble Update Mode Ready

I turn to you as a meanwhile almost helpless (after visiting the Nordhomepage ...), formerly very enthusiastic user of an Elektro 5 HP:

It has happened to me now already the third time (once already before appearance...) that my Elektro 5 after switching on briefly starts up normally, then gives distorted, beeping sounds from itself and finally falls into the mode "Update Mode Ready"...

The first time - four years ago - a current update was enough for him, three weeks ago even at short notice (to the latest version of May 2021, 2.02 - initially downloaded in the tape room with Windows 10. Today he suddenly shows me this display again and is frozen. Also about OS nothing went...
A renewed update does not work (Error... version ready available ...), basically it stands still now...

I hope very much that anyone of you has already experienced something similar, because a gig is coming up shortly and I actually wanted to practice for it...

I hope for your support, would be really cool, because Nord doesn't seem to be interested in it....
