volume level knobs Stage 3 compact

I recall my NS2 level knobs didn't have clicks? Anyway,, they were much more responsive in dialing the volume on the 3 level knobs. In the NS2 I could turn the knobs slowly and the lights would increase or decrease successfully. I'm not finding this with my new NS3. I move the dial and the light moves and stops as I'm turning it, and I have to turn continuously to get it to move. Anyone know what's going on with this? I guess I know little about why -84.2 db is the setting before OFF, and full volume is 0.0 db, seems backwards to me. But I'm wondering why the sluggish knobs here, or is it just me.

Check to see if any morphs assigned like wheel or control pedal. These can make the volume knobs work differently if I’m remembering correctly.

I have only owned the NS3 so I can't compare the two, but I am not sure I see where the issue is.

Every click on the knob, moved counterclockwise, lessen the volume by X amount of dB.

Then, every 4 or 5 (can't remember exactly) clicks, the LED moves accordingly by one step.

Why would that be sluggish?

I posted this also on a Facebook Nord group and a member sent a video of how his level knobs (lights) work - rather smoothly, compared to mine. I'm saying my volume level knobs are not the same. As I move the knobs the led will light up for about the first two, then just stops. And I have to turn the knob again, continuously to get it to react. It's weird, and much more temperamental than my previous Nord. I can see it as a handicap and just not as easy to dial in a 10 or 2 o'clock setting as quickly as I'm used to. I'm not getting total control and wonder if I can explain it to someone to see if there's a fix.

If you take a look at the dB level on the OLED display as you turn the knob, you will see the level change one increment with every click of the knob. Each LED segment represents several dB levels. It looks fine to me.
