Change velocity and KB Track to existing sample

I've downloaded a bunch of samples into my Nord Stage 3 and for most of them I prefer to have it be at full velocity and and no KB Track so every note I play is always the same no matter how light or hard I play. I know when I am making a new custom sample in the sample editor I can add or take away these functions but is there a way to do that to already made samples and permanently save them, either in the Nord keyboard or in an editing software? The closest I've come is to pull up the sample on the nord, turn off velocity and kb track and then save it as an actual patch but i'd love to be able to permanently change these functions on the original sample in the synth section and save them so the actual sample would no longer have velocity turned on.
