Nord rack 2x output settings

I recently bought the nord Rack 2X and I want the 4 patches on individual outputs... I've gone through the manual and it seems setup right but doesn't act like it.

I have out mode settings as
4.ab
4.cd

what is happening now is
output A: patch A + B
output B: patch B
output C: patch C
output D: patch D

According to the settings output A should ony have patch A, right? Any users can verify or correct?
