I don't have my NS3 set up now for recording a demo of this sound or even remembering exactly how I set it up. From memory, this is a Program that uses a split with strings on the left side and a doubled octave piano on the right side for playing the piano riffs. I set up a morph on the strings controlled by expression pedal to bring in a stronger string lead for the signature lead and then I back down on the lead string for the pads during the verse. I don't remember if I've used any kind of custom or hard to find samples, so give this a try and the Sound Manager should tell you what sounds you need to upload if they aren't already in your NS3. Please note that you can simply replace piano sounds with whatever you use.
