Ooh Child cover

Post by teedub »

Hey all,

Just wanted to share a song I did recently. It's an instrumental cover of Ooh Child.
The lead is my trusty SH-101, but all other keyboard sounds are from my Nord Stage 2 88.
Thanks!

Whoa! That’s fantastic. You nailed the groove! I started playing it, and my wife walked over and started singing along. Thanks for posting that.

Nice job Dub. Kinda of reminds me of a Yellowjackets type groove. Can't go wrong laying down the Bass line with a Jazz, Got an '82 myself.

This is fantastic!!!!
Exactly what I like, thanks so much for posting.

BTW, although the style of the piece is different, your playing reminded me of Santana's Aqua marine and the great keys solo int that tune.

Best

Hey thanks! I wasn’t familiar with that Santana song but I checked it out and yeah I hear what you’re saying!
